Sarah Winters, who has a history of nine years working with TWM and boasts nearly two decades of expertise in the property industry, is set to lead a new internal investment division within the company. This team will primarily focus on establishing strong relations with current clients and managing their property portfolios.
Throughout her career with TWM, Winters has accumulated substantial experience across various sectors such as commercial agency and lease-advisory, which she will now employ in designing bespoke strategies. These strategies aim to increase and optimise value for clients in accordance with their set timelines for holding or selling the properties.
Joining Winters in this newly established team will be Robbie Coakley, assuming the role of a divisional director. Coakley, having previously been part of notable names like Kroll, BNP Paribas Real Estate, and Savills, brings to the table over a decade’s experience in commercial real estate. His expertise spans professional services and agency departments, with special emphasis on lease advisory, valuations, and development land sector.
Winters joyfully welcomed Coakley to TWM, recognising the wide-ranging commercial property experience he possesses. She anticipates that his skills will comprehensively augment their service offerings, thereby fortifying client relationships on a continued and effective basis.
