In June, for the first time, Ryanair’s passenger count surpassed 19 million. The airline, which ranks as Europe’s largest in terms of passenger volume, transported a total of 19.3 million passengers in June, constituting an 11% increase compared to the same month the previous year. This sets a new record for the airline, beating its past record of 18.9 million passengers, accomplished in August the previous year. Ryanair conducted 106,000 flights in June, with nearly 400 cancellations owing to delays brought by Europe’s Air Traffic Control (ATC). Looking at the data from July to June, the airline’s passenger tally was 188.8 million, a 9% increase from the previous year.
