The external shell is light and is made from bag moulding with composite carbon fibre and other materials to create a light and durable wear.

The internal lining made from anti-allergenic materials is removable and washable, and is designed for maximum comfort and breathability.
Air flow is assisted by air intakes on the chin piece and top of the helmet.
