Dear Editor,
Responding to Eithne O’Callaghan’s trouble of differentiating between shampoo and conditioner labels (communicated via letters on July 16th), I would argue that the real issue lies not there. Indeed, the problem becomes more significant when one can’t differentiate between body lotion and those products.
