I observe, yet again, that Irish Rail is failing to extend Dart services on a day coinciding with a prominent sports event in our main city. On the approaching May bank holiday weekend, Croke Park is expected to accommodate over 80,000 individuals, with a sizable portion journeying from the south side of Dublin and even further.
Why is such an occurrence permitted repeatedly?
I assume our Transportation Minister intends to set up provisional bicycle racks at Croke Park to assist those choosing to cycle there! Kind regards,
Sue Murphy,
Howth,
Dublin 13.
