I have noticed as of late, that Microsoft Security Essentials is a great program, not only does it have great antivirus protection, but a nice anti spyware – malware protection as well. It is easy to use as well as easy to setup. Go download and install MSE and you will see it is well worth the download.
It has an automatic update, and you can also set it to do a scan of your PC as soon as you boot up your computer. You can have it set up a scheduled scan for when you are not active on your computer. It also has real time protection option as well as a real time protection that will alert you when viruses, spyware or other potential unwanted software attempts to install itself on your computer. It will also scan all files and attachments that you download over the internet. You can also set it to monitor all file and program activity on your computer. You can also set MSE to scan and check your removable drives, such as an external hard drive.
