Lorenzo hit the top of the charts with a 1’36.

260s from the Spaniard and third went to Casey Stoner, who is back as strong as ever, was a little more that three tenths of a second from Rocket Man Lorenzo and just 0.
054s behind Rossi.
On the second row will start Dani Pedrosa 0.
174sec from Stoner.
Pedrosa is just seven points in front of Stoner in the championship.
Next to Pedrosa on the grid will be Colin Edwards who has a reserved slot with 5th place.
Randy DePuniet fully healed after his ankle injury, will start in 6th.
The third row will see Loris Capirossi, Andrea Dovizioso and Nicky Hayden while Mika Kallio closed the top ten.
Team Gresini’s Alex de Angelis was 11th and Toni Elias 13th with James Toseland sandwiched between them.
Nicolò Canepa was 14th.
Chris Vermeulen riding with a bad back was 15th, Marco Melandri who looks like he’s not making the effort after being signed by Team Gresini was 16th and last, but not least Gabor Talmacsi.
