Not reading carefully the FIM rules and regulations has gotten Gresini Racing Moto2 team into trouble.
Toni Elias and his team, who tested new elements on their Moriwaki machine for two hours last Sunday at the Misano circuit have been fined for violating the current 2010 testing rules.
The team will be fined 3000 euros and Toni Elias will not be able to take part in tomorrow’s free practice at Brno.
