Enzo Ferrari used to say that The Mille Miglia was the most beautiful and exciting race in the world.
And we can but agree with him.
As many of you know the race which began in 1927 was banned after a fatal crash in 1957.
In 1977 the race was somehow revived as a parade of vintage cars and has since fascinated millions of people.
