Memory Lane 1988: Hakan Carlqvist Stops for a Beer

This is for you youngsters out there.
Pure vintage from the 1988 Belgium GP at Namur, when Swedish motocross racer Hakan ‘Carla’ Carlqvist had such a big advantage over the other riders that he had time to stop for a beer before crossing the finish line.
This was Carlqvist’s last race before retiring from the international motocross scene and was one of the coolest things ever seen.
