A male in his thirties continues to be in a grave state at a hospital, following a violent attack that occurred in Tallaght, located in the western region of Dublin on a Sunday afternoon. The incident, that took place around midday at Killinarden Heights, is currently being scrutinised by the Gardaí.
The victim was transported from the incident site to Tallaght Hospital. A statement was put forward by the Gardaí on Monday maintaining that the man’s condition remains critical.
The Gardaí urge any eyewitnesses of the violent act, or anyone who was around Killinarden Heights or the Cushlawn Estate from 11.30am to 12.30pm on that particular Sunday, to approach them. They are also encouraging individuals who might have video recordings from the area during the incident, to provide them to the Gardaí handling the investigation.
