The confiscation occurred in Dublin 24’s Fortunestown region on Tuesday. The individual, a man in his 30s, faces charges and is anticipated to stand before the Dublin District Court at the Justice Criminal Courts.
The Dublin Crime Response Team conducted a strategized raid on a domestic dwelling as part of Operation Tara. During the operation, cannabis herb, worth an estimated €80,000, was uncovered and confiscated. The man was later seized and held at a local Garda station under the Criminal Justice (Drug Trafficking) Act 1996’s Section 2.
