A teenager has been taken into custody and charged over allegations of criminal destruction resulting from a fire incident at a property in Tallaght, County Dublin. The event transpired on the previous Tuesday night. The late-teen suspect was held at a Dublin Garda station, in accordance with Section 4 of the Criminal Justice Act of 1984. On Sunday, charges were formally brought against him in connection to the incident, and he is set to face the Tallaght District Court come Monday morning. Investigations by the Gardaí are still actively being conducted.
