As part of a continual investigation into the killing of Lee Slattery, police have apprehended a male suspect. Slattery, who was 24 at the time, was found dead in the Delmege Park Estate, adjacent to Moyross in Limerick, back in May 2010. The authorities have confirmed that during Tuesday evening, a man in his thirties was taken into custody concerning the case. He is held at a police station in Limerick, as facilitated by Section 50 of the Criminal Justice Act 2007.
