Local restaurants in Rome: Pane Quotidiano at Montesacro

We continue our posts on local restaurants in Rome, after the Anni Cinquanta restuarant, with “Pane Quotidiana” (Daily Bread) at Montesacro.
The restaurant is decorated in a simple, rustic style with long wooden benches and lovely staff.
The menu offers plenty of options when dining in two, with a traditional antipasto including dried tomatoes, followed by two first courses of gnocchetti and crepes.

Oven roasted potatoes are available, with huge portions, and smoked cheese and mushrooms.
For dessert, two slices of warm chocolate cake are perfect to finish the meal.
With a discount, the meal will cost about 14 euros a head, otherwise you’re up for about 22 euros.
Pane Quotidiano is located at via Isola Bella 52.
