Limerick Bus-Car Crash Response

Emergency response teams, including several ambulances, law enforcement officers, and two copters, are presently on-site at a traffic collision in Ballylanders, County Limerick. The terrible accident involved a private vehicle and a bus ferrying kids and happened this afternoon.

It is currently known that numerous individuals have sustained injuries, with at least one person in critical condition. The casualty has been airlifted by the National Ambulance Service air ambulance to Cork University Hospital with severe head trauma.

The Coast Guard Rescue Helicopter 115, hailing from Shannon, initially responded to the accident, but was eventually called off. Additionally, it’s reported that four other victims have incurred non-fatal injuries in the collision.
