“León Murray Heads CBRE’s New Division”

CBRE Ireland has confirmed Leon Murray’s new role as the director of their freshly created planning unit. An expert in the planning and development industry, Mr. Murray brings with him a wealth of experience from his time at top companies such as Turley Planning and RPS Group Ltd. He also garnered international experience in London and Vancouver.

Prior to joining CBRE, Murray was instrumental in delivering strategic planning guidance and processing planning applications for various ventures. These included residential, commercial, mixed-usage, infrastructure projects, urban revitalisation initiatives and master plans for place-making within both private and public sectors.

As CBRE’s planning director, Murray’s duties will include advising clients on new development opportunities, performing needs assessments, advocating for social and economic advantages, and developing business proposals for public financing.

Upon announcing Murray’s appointment, Peter Garrigan, the Development Land Head at CBRE Ireland, expressed his delight by stating that Leon Murray’s expertise would be priceless when it comes to aiding both current and future clients in navigating the convoluted planning and development process.
