What would a blog on Italy be without a mention of Ferrari…? They’re so beautiful and sleek, and if you hear the loud purr you know you’ve got one cruising up behind you on the highway (which will probably pass you effortlessly as you putter along figuring how that person ever got so rich).
Among the cars that will be up for auction on June 18 at Maranello, this is the most modern.
The auction, called “Ferrari Leggenda e Passione” (Ferrari – Legend and Passion), has been organised by RM Auctions in collaboration with Sotheby’s.
The fact that the Enzo is the most modern available does not diminish its value.
Manufactured in only 399 units (plus one), this creature is very similar to a one-seater Formula 1.
From the sale of a titanium grey example from 2003, clocking 2,729 km, expectations are for a take of about one million euro.
We’ll be bringing you more news on this over the next month.
