Italian recipes: tortellini with speck and onion

Here we are with another easy and quick recipe for you! Write down the math and give it a try!Ingredients: 200 g tortellini; 100 g speck; 12 onion; rosemary; oil; butter and salt and pepper.
Preparation: in a non-stick frying pan brown the onion in a bit of oil and butter and then add the sprig of rosemary.

Meanwhile cook the tortellini, drain them and then add the speck (previously cut into cubes) to the frying pan.
Next throw in the tortellini and stir for a while.
If you want to go the extra mile you can also add potatoes (remember to cut them into very small cubes).
