Italian recipes: pink pappardelle

If you’re planning a romantic dinner for two, this pasta recipe will kindle even the coldest heart.
Ingredients 320 gram pappardelle pasta; 100 gram smoked salmon; salvia; 1 clove garlic; ½ vodka; 2 dl light cream; butter; salt and green pepper.
Method: 1.
Cut the salmon into stripes.

Put the butter in a non stick pan and colour the garlic without burning it .

Add the salmon, the vodka and cook for a couple of minutes until the vodka evaporates.
4.
Next add the cream and cook on low heat.
5.
Take it off the heat and add a bit of salt.
6.
Pour the sauce over cooked pasta, add a sprinkle of green pepper and serve.
