Italian recipes: cold pasta with zucchini and pecorino cheese

Here ‘s a cold pasta dish that will keep you trim.
Take a pen and write down the recipe:Ingredients: two carrots; 1 courgette or zucchini; 1 onion; pecorino cheese; 200 g spaghetti; oil; salt and pepper.
Brown the onion and in the meanwhile chop the carrots and zucchini, throw them in and stir for a while.

Next remove from the heat and leave it to cool.
Boil the spaghetti, drain it and add the vegetables, oil, salt and pepper.
When the spaghetti is cold, sprinkle abundantly with Parmesan cheese and serve.
It’s perfect for you summer meals.
