Italian recipes: Bucatini pasta with endive sauce

Are you planning to invite your friends over and cook for them a very special dinner? If so, this pasta recipe will be perfect.
Ingredients: 300 gram bucatini pasta; two small bunches of broad-leaved endive; 1/ 2 cup black olives; a handful of capers; oil and salt and pepper .
Method: bring the water to the boil , put in the endive leaves and cook for a couple of minutes; drain and then put the endive leaves into the blender or food processor with olives, capers, a dash of oil and a bit of salt and pepper.

Next puree them until no chunks are visible.
Then place them aside and cook the pasta; when ready, drain and pour in the endive sauce.
