Italian pasta recipes: spaghetti au gratin

If you’re looking for a quick easy pasta recipe you have come to the right place!Ingredients: spaghetti; tomatoes; anchovies; toasted breadcrumbs; extra virgin oil; caciocavallo cheese; salt and pepper.
Preparation: cook the spaghetti until al dente.
Drain, place in a baking dish and season with oil.
Next add the small tomatoes (previously cut into halves), the anchovies, the toasted breadcrumbs and the pepper.

At this point sprinkle with grated caciocavallo and bake until crispy and golden.
Remember to preheat the oven to 200° c
