Italian film “Io non ci casco” in cinemas

Italian film, “Io non ci casco” (or “I won’t fall”, “I won’t fall for it”), is based on a true story from Italian filmmaker Pasquale Falcone, produced by Maria Grazia Cucinotta.
In Falcone’s second work he examines his experience as a young man, after an accident which put him in a coma for two weeks.

“It’s an experience that I’ve always carried with me,” he said.
The cast shows some impressive performances from young Italian actors Maurizio Casagrande, Maria Grazia Cucinotta, Ornella Muti, Antonio Stornaiolo and Rosaria De Cicco.
The story is of an 18-year-old who goes into a coma after an accident on his scooter.
It is a catalyst for his separated parents to get in contact again, and his young group of friends to really express their fears, anxieties and hopes linked to their young adult lives.
The hospital bed becomes a kind of confessional and a meeting room for the friends.
After the jump we give you the trailer to this interesting film, with a mix of light-hearted feel and some serious soul searching.
