At Collazone, on the rolling, green hills around Perugia, there are two twin houses that, though only recently built, are modelled on the old houses built in this region which boasts, among other things, a long-standing tradition in building craftsmanship.
Each house is 270 square metres in size, featuring a basement of 160 square metres.
The wooden rafters harmonise perfectly with the stone façade, terracotta flooring (Castel Viscardo) and distempered walls.
