Honda Off Road 2009: CRF250 and CRF 450

Honda’s news for 2009 hasn’t stopped flowing, and after the presentation of the road models, the next season will see some attention given to the offroad models as well.
In the 250cc class, the CRF 250 will have a new four-stroke, four valve engine with Unicam system and Kaihin FCR carburator (with a flat 40mm valve).

The heads have been redesigned to give them lighter and more compact, and to increase power at low and medium regimes.
The brake discs will be lighter than 65 grams, and transmission has been given an overhaul to ensure a smooth shift and decrease use of the clutch.
The chassis has also been updated, along with the exhaust system, suspension, and steering.
A more aggressive styling and new limited edition black colour complete the package.
