There are multiple properties available in various locations across Dublin. Then, there are two-bed plus study duplexes and three-bed plus study terraced houses at Egremont, Church Road, Killiney, Co Dublin offered by Sherry FitzGerald, with price range between €595,000 to €1.07 million. Sherry FitzGerald is also marketing The Gardens at Elmpark Green, Merrion Road, Dublin 4, with apartments from €595,000 up to €1.75 million.

Savills has listed Brennanstown Wood, Dublin 18, with a two-bedroom apartment and two-bedroom penthouse available each priced at €650,000 and €900,000. In Dun Óir, Kilternan, Dublin 18, there are four and five-bedroom semi-detached homes on the market, ranging from €735,000 to €830,000, sold by Hooke & MacDonald.

Lastly, Kylemore, Church Road, Killiney, Co Dublin has three and four-bedroom terraced houses starting from €750,000, sold by Sherry FitzGerald. DNG is marketing four-bedroom detached bungalows in Ballycullen Gate, Ballycullen, Dublin 24, also priced from €750,000.

A selection of residences are currently being marketed across Dublin. Sherry FitzGerald is the agent in charge of selling four- and five-bedroom semidetached houses at Glenamuck Manor, Dublin 18, with prices beginning at €770,000, and also properties at Drumnigh Manor, Portmarnock, from €795,000. Similarly, they are jointly selling properties with Savills at Lansdowne Place, Ballsbridge, Dublin 4 where there are one- and two-bedroom apartments and three-bedroom townhouses on offer, priced between €800,000 and €1.8 million.

They also have an assortment of penthouse apartments to sell at Trimbleston, Goatstown, Dublin 14, starting from €850,000. Lisney Sotheby’s International Realty have a variety of two-bedroom mews houses at Thornhill Oaks, Mount Merrion, priced at €850,000 and three-bedroom apartments at 106 Goatstown Road, Dublin 14, where prices start from €850,000.

Meanwhile, Knight Frank is selling two-bedroom apartments, one three-bedroom apartment, and three penthouse apartments available at 55 Lad Lane, Dublin 2, with prices ranging from €900,000 to €1.35 million.

Several properties listed by Lisney Sotheby’s International Realty include four- and five-bedroom semidetached and detached houses at Wellfield, Malahide, starting from €965,000, as well as houses within the same specifications at Annefield Manor, Dundrum, Dublin 14, starting from €1.095 million.

Hooke & MacDonald is also offering two-bedroom plus study apartments at Donnybrook Gardens, Donnybrook, Dublin 4, with prices starting from €1.125 million, and four-bedroom semidetached properties at Somerton, Monkstown, Co Dublin, priced at €1.88 million.

There are several attractive residential properties available throughout Dublin. In Blackrock’s St James on Cross Avenue, four-bedroom detached houses, inclusive of a study, can be found, represented by Lisney Sotheby’s International Realty at a cost of €2.4 million.

In Dalkey, Ardbrugh Road hosts Dalkey Lodge, with availability encompassing two-bedroom apartments, three-bedroom duplexes, and terraced houses with three to four bedrooms. The property is represented by Knight Frank, with prices yet to be determined.

The same agent also represents properties located in Citywest Park, Dublin 24, with available housing types including three-bedroom detached, semi-detached and terraced houses, and four-bedroom semi-detached and detached houses, though prices are still to be confirmed.

On Ashbrook in Clontarf, which falls under Dublin 3, studios, one to two-bedroom apartments and penthouse flats are available, courtesy of Hooke & MacDonald, with prices ranging from €335,000 to €745,000.

In Dublin 22, specifically, Seven Mills, offers two-bedroom apartments, three-bedroom duplexes, and houses with three to four bedrooms to be marketed by spring 2025, however, the unit types have not yet been released and the prices are still under review. Similarly, Domville, Cherrywood in Dublin 18, has one to three-bedroom apartments, with Dillon Marshall and Hooke & MacDonald as joint agents.

Prospective property buyers might also take interest in Parklands Pointe, Citywest, Dublin 24, and Park West Pointe, Park West, Dublin 12, both offering one to three-bedroom apartments. Hooke & MacDonald represent both properties and are yet to announce the prices. Park West Pointe’s apartments will be released in spring 2025.

Shaldon Grange, Kilternan, Dublin 18, set to be released in early 2025, comprises terraces with three to four bedrooms, three to four-bedroom semi-detached houses and five-bedroom semi-detached houses. Regles in Lusk has on offer two-bedroom apartments, three-bedroom duplexes, and terraced and semi-detached houses offering three to four bedrooms. Both these properties are represented by Hooke & MacDonald and Sherry FitzGerald respectively, with prices yet to be confirmed.

Unconfirmed prices are indicated for available property units listed by Sherry FitzGerald and Savills in various locations all over Dublin. These include two-bedroom flats and three-bedroom duplexes at Aderrig, Adamstown, along with three- and four-bedroom mid-terrace and semi-attached houses. At the Woodbrook, Shankill, you can find five-bedroom row houses, as well as four bedroom detached and semi-attached houses. The same location, but in Ashcourt, offers options for one-, two-, and three-bedroom flats. Meanwhile, two- and three-bedroom mid-terraced houses are on offer in 1-7 Foxrock Avenue, Foxrock and Cherry Lane. Merrion Gardens exclusively offers four-bedroom mid-terrace houses.

On the other hand, three- and four-bedroom mid-terrace and semi-attached homes are available in Clay Farm, Leopardstown, Luttrellstown Gate and The Blossoms at Tandy’s Lane, Lucan. Three-bedroom duplexes are listed in Carricail. Meanwhile, Hainault Road has four-bedroom semi-attached and detached houses for sale, and finally, two-bedroom flats, three-bedroom duplexes, three- and four-bedroom terrace and semi-attached houses are at your disposal in Skylark, Portmarnock. All prices are not yet determined.

A variety of homes are available across Dublin and Wicklow. In Rathfarnham, Silverbrook is offering four and five bedroom terraced and semi-detached houses for sale. The pricing details are yet to be disclosed by Savills.

Kilcarbery Grange in Kilcarbery also presents three and four-bed terraces with DNG managing the sale, and costings are still to be finalised. Over in Beaumont, Rosemount Place is offering both one and two-bedroom flats, with DNG to inform of the pricing soon.

Clonburris’ Keepers Lock has a selection of three-bed terraces and four-bed semi-detached houses, with DNG managing the sales. Yet again, prices have not been confirmed. Tower View in Glasnevin offers similar four and five bedroom terraces and semi-detached houses, with sales managed by DNG and awaiting pricing.

In Foxrock, Beckett Woods has a mix of three and four bedroom houses, as well as two and three bedroom flats set to be released shortly. These sales are jointly managed by Sherry FitzGerald and Lisney Sotheby’s International Realty. No pricing details are available as of now.

40 Park in Ballsbridge also has apartments due to be released in the near future, with Lisney Sotheby’s International Realty managing the sales. Costing details for these apartments are pending confirmation.

In the Wicklow region, Causeway Meadows in Roundwood has a range of homes available including one and two bedroom flats, three bedroom mid-terrace and semi-detached houses, and four bedroom semi-detached homes. These are handled by Knight Frank with a price range of €275,000-€535,000.

Hawks Bay in Wicklow Town is offering two and three bedroom terraced and semi-detached houses, with prices varying between €400,000-€460,000. This sale is being managed by Savills. Lastly, Tinakilly Park in Rathnew is selling two and three bedroom terraces and four bed semi-detached houses, jointly managed by Forkin Property and Hooke & MacDonald. The two-bed properties start at €400,000, three-beds from €445,000, and four-beds from €525,000.

Properties across various locations in County Wicklow are up for grabs. In Newtownmountkennedy’s Mere Park at Altidore Gardens, you’ll find two-, three-, and four-bedroom terraced and semi-detached residences on sale, with prices commencing at €420,000. The estate agent for these properties is Sherry FitzGerald.

A variety of one-, two-, and three-bedroom apartments are on offer at Fontenoy Place, Strand Road, Bray, with prices between €450,000 and €975,000. DNG is the agent handling these apartments.

Two-bedroom flats are for sale starting from €540,000 at Fairfield in Greystones, again managed by DNG. Savannah’s Point, Wicklow Town, offers three- to five-bedroom detached and semi-detached houses, with price tags kicking off at €550,000, with Savills in charge of sales.

Three- and four-bedroom terraced houses in Killruddery’s Foggie Field, Bray, are being managed by Savills, and they start at €615,000. In Delgany at Littlebrook, you can get hold of three-bedroom detached and semi-detached bungalows and houses, along with showhouses. The cost range is from €570,000 to €750,000, with Sherry FitzGerald handling the sales.

The estate agency, Sherry FitzGerald, is also selling four-bedroom semi-detached houses at Seagreen, Greystones, with prices starting at €725,000. Bellevue, Delgany, has five-bedroom semi-detached houses available via Savills, with prices from €795,000.

From Knight Frank comes an opportunity to purchase three- and four-bedroom houses at Dargle Demesne, Enniskerry, listed between €1.295 million and €1.65 million. Enniskerry’s Annabasky Glen, Berryfield Avenue has five-bedroom detached houses from €1.725 million, managed by Hooke & MacDonald. Lastly, Struan Hill in Delgany offers a chance to bag a five-bedroom detached house for €1.75 million, with Savills handling the sales.

Silver Vale, based in Enniskerry, County Wicklow, has a variety of semidetached houses with three or four bedrooms, and five-bedroom detached houses up for grabs. Their agent is Hooke & MacDonald and the prices are yet to be confirmed.

Hooke & MacDonald is also managing the sales at Holly Hill, Delgany, County Wicklow. The estate is planning to put two and three-bedroom terraced houses, three-bedroom semi-detached houses, and four-bedroom detached houses on the market in early 2025. Pricing to be announced.

Churchlands, situated in Delgany, County Wicklow, is offering two-bedroom flats and three-bedroom duplexes. Sherry FitzGerald is administering the sales with prices yet to be confirmed.

Kingstone Manor in Delgany, County Wicklow, under the agency of Savills, has four-bedroom terraces for sale. The cost is still uncertain.

Savills also manages Melwood properties in Delgany, County Wicklow, with an inventory of various house types which include terraced, semidetached, and detached three and four-bedroom houses. No prices are set yet.

Bray, County Wicklow, is home to Sea Gardens, which have two-bedroom flats, three-bedroom duplexes, and terraced houses for sale. Agent Savills is yet to confirm the selling price.

In Roundwood, County Wicklow, Djouce Meadows is offering two to four-bedroom semi-detached and detached houses. The agent overseeing the sales is Lisney Sotheby’s International Realty, and the price range is between €435,000 and €625,000.

Moving over to Kildare, The Bawnogues in Kilcock has available flats with one or two bedrooms, duplexes with two or three bedrooms, and terraced and semidetached houses with three or four bedrooms. Coonan, the agent, has announced the prices starting from €280,000.

Located in Clane, County Kildare, Coach Road offers three-bedroom midterrace houses, four-bedroom end-terrace houses, semidetached houses with three or four bedrooms and semidetached houses with five bedrooms. The prices are set to begin from €340,000, with Coonan acting as the agent.

There are various residential options available in various locales in Co Kildare. Hereford Park in Leixlip has a selection of properties from two-bedroom apartments to four-bedroom semi-detached houses, with prices starting at €390,000; these are marketed by the agency Coonan. In Millerstown, Kilcock, semi-detached houses of two to four bedrooms are anticipated to come onto the market in the near future, with prices ranging from €400,000-€525,000. The agents for these properties are Hooke & MacDonald in collaboration with Coonan Property.

At Station Walk in Newbridge, terraced and semi-detached houses are available, featuring three to four bedrooms. The listed prices are €445,000 for the three-bedroom variants and €515,000 for the four-bedroom ones; these properties are managed by both Sherry FitzGerald and Jordan Auctioneers.

Moreover, Rathasker Lane in Naas, offers three and four-bedroom semi-detached houses priced between €560,000 and €620,000, co-marketed by Coonan and Sherry FitzGerald Reilly. Furthermore, four-bedroom detached homes are up for grabs at Capdoo Grange in Clane, starting from a handsome €770,000; the joint agencies marketing these properties are Coonan and Sherry FitzGerald Reilly.

Plans are also underway at Williams Grove in Ardclough, with future availability of three-bedroom semi-detached and four to five-bedroom detached houses projected for 2025; the prices are yet to be finalised with Coonan as the listed agent.

In Newbridge, the Curragh Farm development offers a variety of properties from one-bedroom duplex apartments to four-bedroom terraced houses, handled by Savills, but prices have not been disclosed as yet. Similarly, Lyreen Meadows in Kilcock boasts a selection of bungalows along with semi-detached and detached houses, with Savills also facilitating these transactions but no specifics on pricing currently.

Lastly, Cearbhall Court in Naas will have semi-detached houses, three-bedroom duplexes and one-bedroom apartments available for sale in the upcoming spring season; the prices, however, are still to be confirmed. The selling agent for these is the renowned Lisney Sotheby’s International Realty.

A number of properties are on offer in Newbridge, Co Kildare, available through joint agents Coonan and DNG Doyle. The options include a variety of accommodations; from one-bedroom flats, duplexes with two or three bedrooms, terraced houses of two or three bedrooms, and semidetached houses with two to four bedrooms. However, the exact prices haven’t been revealed yet.

Over in Straffan, Co Kildare, at Barton Grange, five-bedroom detached houses are available. These are being dealt by joint agents Coonan and CME, with yet unconfirmed prices. Other accommodations include one and two-bedroom apartments, two-bedroom terraces, three-bedroom duplexes, and semidetached houses of three or four bedrooms in Meadow Mill, Athy, Co Kildare, where Coonan is the sole agent.

Turning to Co Meath, there’s a range of properties in Beaufort, Navan, with two-bedroom apartments and three-bedroom duplexes on offer. Agents Sherry FitzGerald and T&J Gavigan jointly cover the area, with prices for two-bedroom flats starting at €305,000, and three-bed duplexes from €360,000. Killeen Castle in Dunsany is selling residential sites that cover about 0.75 acres and come with full planning permission, priced from €390,000.

Three-bedroom mid- and end-terrace houses are available for buyers at The Willows in Dunshaughlin at prices ranging from €424,000-€445,000. Also available are two-bedroom detached and semidetached, three-bedroom detached, semidetached and terraced, and four-bedroom semidetached accommodations in Wellfield, Ratoath. These properties come via agent Knight Frank.

Kilcarn Woods in Johnstown Village, Navan, offers semidetached houses of three or four bedrooms as well as four-bedroom detached houses. Meanwhile, in Johnstown Demesne, Enfield, a series of new three-bedroomed, semidetached and terraced houses, as well as four-bedroom semidetached properties are due to comes onto the market in the coming autumn. Both resource areas are represented by Coonan, with prices yet to be released for all.

There is a range of semi-detached houses with two, three, or four bedrooms on offer at Abbey Fort, Kinsale, Co Cork, with starting prices for these homes being €480,000. The homes are being sold via the estate agent, Sherry FitzGerald.

Next, we have terraced and semi-detached houses in Arderrow, Ballyvolane, Cork. They too come in two, three and four bedroom options. Sherry FitzGerald is handling the sales here as well, although price details are still to be disclosed.

Two and three-bed townhouses are up for grabs in Ballinglanna, Glanmire, Cork. Sherry FitzGerald is the assigned sales agency, but the selling prices are yet to be determined.

Harbour Heights on Rochestown Road, Cork boasts both terraced and semi-detached houses featuring two, three, and four bedrooms. Here, Sherry FitzGerald New Homes and Sherry FitzGerald O’Donovan are the joint agents. However, selling prices are currently undisclosed.
