Harley-Davidson and British Superbike in 2009

It looks as though fans of the British Superbike will have plenty to celebrate in 2009 as Harley Davidson has announced its participation in the BSB, organising a one-make series for its XR1200.
The series gains itself some success, and hats off to series director Stuart Higgs, as Harley will dedicate a model to nine races in the BSB calendar for 2009.

Entry fees shouldn’t prove to be exorbitant, attracting both established names and entry-level riders.
While we shouldn’t count the chickens before they hatch, the series is almost guaranteed success with Motorcycle News (MCN) backing it (together with Henderson Insurance).
