Rules & Guidelines

1. This particular campaign is exclusively open to individuals residing within the boundaries of Ireland, who have crossed the benchmark of 18 years of age. However, this excludes anyone working with or for the Event Organiser, members of their family and their affiliates, or persons with professional association with the campaign.

2. A legitimate entry to this campaign encompasses a duly filled form, presenting an accurate response, and the participant’s name, electronic mail id, and contact number.

3. The Event Organiser holds the right to reject entries made by agents, any group that has organised collectively, or those that are computer-generated. Incomplete, unrecognisable, or corrupted entries, or those not conforming to the instructions related to the entry process, will not be accepted.

4. The campaign commences on the 16th of August, 2024, and concludes at 5 p.m. on the 19th of August, 2024.

5. All campaign entries must reach the Event Organiser before or at the latest by 5 p.m. on the concluding date. Any entries that arrive post the decided date and time will be deemed ineligible and prohibited.

6. The campaign permits not more than one entry per person, and not a single participant can secure more than one prize.

7. By furnishing an entry to the Event Organiser, you are expressing your acceptance to comply with these set of rules and regulations.

8. The Event Organiser will not assume any liability for entries that are lost, impaired or delayed due to any sort of issue with network, computer equipment, or software. Merely sending an entry does not serve as proof of its receipt. The Event Organiser will be the rightful owner of all entries.

10. All of the prizes are subject to any supplementary terms & conditions of the supplier who provides the prize to the Event Organiser and in no circumstance can it be converted into cash.

11. The Event Organiser will not assume liability for loss, damage, or consequential damage of any kind arising from the acceptance of these regulations or the prize, be it in contract, tort or any other form.

12. For reasons unforeseen, if the need arises, the Event Organiser retains the right to replace the prize with an alternative of equal or greater value.

13. Recipients of the victory will receive an email notification. The beneficiary must secure the reward ahead of the deadline, which falls on 30th August 2024. In case where the reward is still intact past this date, it will be disregarded and the organisers hold the authority to present the untouched reward to an alternate victor in line with the competition regulations.

14. The organiser’s verdict is definitive and obligatory in all facets and no communication will be acknowledged.

16. The victor might be asked to engage in uncompensated exposure related to this competition.

18. Rewards cannot be transferred or exchanged for monetary value.

19. The resultant terms and conditions will be controlled by the laws of Ireland and the jurisdiction will lie solely with the courts of the Republic of Ireland.

21. The organiser holds the authority to nullify, pause, abolish or revise the competition as and when deemed necessary.
