A man has been brought to justice and is slated to go on trial at the Criminal Courts of Justice this Saturday, relating to a inquiry into arson occurrences and gun discharging incidents in Ronanstown and Clondalkin districts of Dublin, reported last month.
Two males in their twenties were held at Dublin Garda stations under the provisions of Section 50 of the Criminal Justice Act, 2007, as their involvement was suspected in the incidents spanning from the 8th to the 15th of the previous month, May.
The other man was released free of charges and a case file is being readied for review by the Director of Public Prosecutions. The probe into these incidents is still in process.
