“Garda Discovers Gun, Ammo in Dublin”

In north Dublin’s Finglas, police have apprehended a firearm and rounds of ammunition. Following what was perceived as odd behaviour, the officers embarked on a search effort in the Dunsink Lane vicinity around 10.30 pm on Tuesday. The firearm and ammunition were cunningly concealed behind shrubs. The firearm has now been rendered safe and it will be dispatched to the Ballistics Unit of the Police for a more detailed scrutiny. Investigations into this issue continue.
