Apartment residents, including Ms Bradley, express their dissatisfaction about not being canvassed at all. Mr. Harper explains that the main obstacle for them is usually the inability to gain access due to security measures like entry codes or fobs. Unless they happen to know an inhabitant or a proponent within, canvassing inside these premises remains a challenge.
