1. This offer is valid for Ireland residents aged 18 and above, excluding employees of the campaigning company, their relatives, agents, and anyone who has a professional affiliation with the campaign.
2. Proper participation involves submitting the correct response in the form beside it, along with the participant’s name, email, and contact number.
3. Entries from representatives, third-party organisations, grouped applications, or computer-generated entries will not be entertained. Incomplete, unreadable, or tampered applications and those not in harmony with the guidelines are invalid.
4. The campaign commences on 04/10/2024 and will cease at midnight on 20/10/2024.
5. Submissions should be received by our company latest by the Closing Date. Late entries are outrightly disqualified.
6. The contest restricts participants to a single entry. Each contestant can only win one single award.
7. By partaking in the campaign, you’re agreeing to comply with these regulations.
8. The company disclaims responsibility for lost, damaged, or delayed entries due to any network, computer hardware, or software glitches. Sending is not receipt proof. All entries become the property of our company.
9. The reward is a two-night stay at The Limerick Strand Hotel in an elegant suite for two, complete with a bottle of sparkling wine, a three-course dinner, and daily breakfast. Only one person will secure this prize.
10. Supplier terms and conditions govern all rewards to our company. The prize is applicable for a year from the issuance date, subject to availability, and is non-refundable nor convertible to cash.
1. The Organiser shall bear no responsibility for any loss, harm or consequential damages of any sort, whether contractual, tortious (including negligence) or other, arising from the acceptance of the stipulations or related to the prize.
2. In instances of unanticipated conditions, the Organiser holds the authority to replace the prize with an alternative of equal or greater worth.
3. The victors will receive an email notification. The victor has a 30-day window from the date of the notification to claim the prize. If unclaimed after this period, the prize will be considered forfeited, and the Organiser retains the right to present the unclaimed prize to an alternate winner chosen based on the Promotion’s guidelines.
4. The organiser’s decision is ultimate and unchallengeable on all subjects and they will not entertain any correspondence.
5. The winner might be asked to partake in unpaid promotional activities linked to this promotion.
6. Prizes are strictly non-transferable and cannot be substituted for money.
