Energy Out of Reach

Dear Editor,

Over the past few weeks, I’ve been gathering discarded plastic bottles and cans scattered along our roadsides. Fascinatingly, vessels from energy drinks seem to be the main culprits. It leads me to ponder about the apparent paradox of drinkers having sufficient vigour to discard these containers out their vehicle’s window but lacking the energy to transport them to recycling units. Would anyone be able to unravel this energy physics for me?
