Dear Editor,
Your article on June 14th mentioned an upcoming temporary shutdown of the Natural History Museum in Dublin, drawing upon past references of the establishment being closed for the removal of suspended whale skeletons from the ceiling to fit an internal platform and an environmental seal. Is it a mere swapping of one mammal for another that’s in question here?
