Eating out in Rome: Isola Felice

If you are in Rome and looking for a small restaurant with a rich menu, Isola Felice or The happy Island could be perfect for you; located in the San Lorenzo district, the restaurant furnished with rather unusual tables and paintings by famous artists, offers tasty dishes and superb wines; the owner, a really kind man, will help you make the right choice.

You can start off your meal with Lasagnette with swordfish, salami and cheese (the menu includes a wide range of cheeses); as a first course I would recommend pennette pasta with cod, saffron and almonds or ravioli with swordfish and savoy.
As a second course you may have grilled turbot with pistachio which is absolutely delicious! And to finish off such a perfect meal you can choose between a black and white chocolate mousse or a superb chocolate pudding with pistachio.
The meal will cost you only 65 euros.
The restaurant is rather small, so I suggest you book a table in advance.
