“Dublin Woman Arrested for Suspected Murder”

A female suspect has been apprehended on allegations of murder, linked to a male’s death in north County Dublin, who was identified with severe wounds earlier this month. The life-threateningly injured man was spotted in the wee hours of August 10th, on a residential roadway in Balbriggan, Co Dublin, by local police. Following his discovery, he was promptly ferried to Beaumont Hospital via ambulance and succumbed to his injuries on August 11th, Sunday. A subsequent autopsy was carried out, but the findings have been kept secret due to procedural considerations. Last Tuesday, An Garda Síochána announced the arrest of a woman in her 40s, in Balbriggan, on suspicion of murder. The suspect is currently kept in custody under Section 4 of the Criminal Justice Act, 1984, at a police station in North Dublin. The investigation remains ongoing, confirmed a police representative.
