Dear Editor,
I am eager to express my desire for increased patience toward novice motorists. The act of aggressively sounding the horn when a learning driver stalls – an occurrence common to us all at one point – only adds to the panic and exacerbates the delay. Surely, a minor delay on one’s travel time isn’t a matter of such grave urgency.
