Terms & Regulations

1. The offer is accessible to Irish residents who are 18 years old or above, barring employees of the Promoting firm, their relatives, agents, or anyone directly involved with the promotional event.

2. Applications from agents, third parties, organised groups, or applications generated by software will not be permitted. Incomplete, illegible, or compromised applications won’t be admitted. Entries that fail to follow the instructions shall not be considered.

3. The promotional event will be conducted from 18/10/2024 until midnight on 09/11/2024.

4. The promotion restricts participation to one entry per individual.

5. By securing tickets, you consent to abide by these regulations.

6. The company will not assume responsibility for tickets that are either damaged, lost, or delayed due to network, computer software or hardware failures. Dispatch confirmation doesn’t guarantee receipt.

8. All tickets are subject to additional terms and conditions put forward by the ticket supplier. You must be a registered ticket owner for the 2024 Nevo Electric Vehicle Show. A brand representative will accompany you on a pre-determined route. Test drive slots will be assigned on a first-come-first-serve basis. A valid driving license must be presented before the test drive. By signing up for a test drive, you consent to sharing your contact details with the chosen brand. This may be used to share insurance forms or planning a test drive at a later date.

The Organiser will not be held responsible for any loss, destruction or subsequent damage of any kind, whether contractual, tortious (including due to carelessness) or otherwise, caused by agreeing to the terms and conditions or related to the reward.

Should unforeseen situations arise, the Organiser retains the hypothetical to provide a substitute reward which is of identical or higher value.

Tickets that remain uncollected on the 10th of November, 2024, will become invalid, and the Organiser has the authority to distribute these untouched tickets in compliance with the Promotion regulations.

The choices made by the organisers are irrevocable and binding in every aspect, and no discussions will be entertained.

Participants might be requested to partake in publicity related to this promotion without remuneration.

These rules and regulations will be controlled by Irish law and the Courts of the Republic of Ireland will have sole jurisdiction.

In case of necessity, the Organiser holds the right to declare void, put on hold, rescind or alter the Promotion.
