On show in Rome’s Auditorium is átika, and environmentally sustainable house built for the mediterranean climate, and designed by Velux.
The house is open to visitors until the end of July and entry is free.
You can see up close the solutions adopted and you can listen to the technical explanations as to why certain materials have been used, or why the roof levels are different.
There are also events, so to check out the calendar go to the Velux event site.
It has an intriguing look, and at the end of your visit you can even get a model to put together.
Other images are available here and on the virtual visit.
