Dear Sir,

In addition to the previously published opinion piece “Before you start planning your next vacation, consider this” by Joe Humphreys, dating September 2nd, I wish to present a note in context to the aforementioned article. There’s an apt Latin phrase by Horace that goes, “Caelum non animam mutant qui trans mare currunt”, which essentially means that those who traverse the ocean alter their environment, not their inner spirit.
