I write to express my heartfelt tribute for the mesmerising work by the late Imogen Stuart (“Renowned Irish-German sculptor Imogen Stuart passes away at 96”, News, March 25th). Her iconic Fiddler of Dooney sculpture, positioned at the Stillorgan Shopping Centre, is indeed a source of joy and inspiration. I remain ever grateful for the buoyant feelings it instills in me each time I come across it.
