This recipe is prepared for six individuals and it’s a side dish. It requires a mere ten minutes total, to cook and prep.
The ingredients necessary are 200g of multicoloured or Swiss chard, 30g of butter, 2 cloves of garlic, a teaspoon of dried chilli flakes, a bit of water, sea salt, and the zest from one lemon.
Start by heating a large frying pan and put in the butter. Once the butter has melted, it’s time to add the garlic and chilli flakes. Sauté these elements for approximately a minute using medium heat.
Next, incorporate the chard along with a pinch of water. Allow the chard to cook for two to three minutes until it shrinks in size. Stir the chard continuously as it cooks. Once done, season it with salt and then transfer it to a serving dish. You can then garnish it with the lemon zest as a finishing touch.
