Casey Stoner Fishing at Top End

When Casey Stoner withdrew from three MotoGP races due to a mysterious fatigue illness, a lot of things have been written, some true and some was downright speculation, but it’s nice to see Stoner smiling and feeling better and looking ready for his comeback at the Estoril GP.
Nothern Territory News got a chance to talk to 2007 World Champion while he was vacationing in Darwin with his cousin Mark Ranger at the renowned Top End to do a little fishing, one of his favorite hobbies.

“I feel I’m getting better up here, and my appetite has really come back.
We caught lots of fish, saw huge crocs and amazing birdlife – it was just like I expected Top End barra fishing to be.
”Ducati’s Livio Suppo talking to Italia 1 during the Misano GP reported that he had spoken to Colin Stoner, Casey’s father/manager, who confirmed that Casey was feeling much better and would be returning for Estoril and that they were already preparing their travel plans.
