Cairn Homes, the housebuilder listed in Dublin, acknowledged that favourable market conditions and strong demand for its eco-friendly homes led to its most fruitful year to date, indicating a 67% surge in revenues amassing to €366.1 million in the first six months.
On Tuesday, the group restated its annual profit prospects, as Cairn is anticipated to give out around 2,200 units with projected operating profits of approximately €145 million throughout the whole year.
On a jubilant note, Michael Stanley, the group’s CEO asserted, “In all critical assessments, the first half of the year saw an extraordinary performance by our company, especially in the area of house delivery where we saw a 67% increase in our annual turnover. By the year’s end, Cairn will have transferred over 9,500 eco-friendly new dwellings to our customers across Ireland.” He concluded, “We have a scalable, sustainable, and well-established business framework that places us in a position for sustained growth as we step into our business’s tenth year in 2005.”
