If you are planning to spend a few days in the mountain town of Cortina with your own children in tow, you will be glad to know that every Saturday until the end of August a very special tree called Old Floor will be placed in the major square of Cortina; under its enchanting branches and gentle shade your children will be able to play for hours on end, giving vent to their thirst for knowledge, excitement and beauty.
The old Floor project is a brainchild of a famous Italian designer called Bruno Munari who has always believed in the creative power of childhood.
