If you are a real ‘Die Hard’ motorcycle collector, you can’t miss the opportunity on bidding on one of the five personal motorcycles that action film star Bruce Willis will be donating for charity which will benefit veterans and wounded combat troops through the Boot Campaign, a non-profit military appreciation and support campaign based in Texas.
The five bikes to be auctioned will be a: 1962 Cushman Eagle
, a 1972 Harley Davidson Ironhead Sportster XLH, a 1988 Yamaha TW,
a 1991 Yamaha XT 350
and a 2005 Ducati 1000DS (with only 285 miles on it).
The charity auction started this month on charitybuzz.
com and each bike will be auctioned for one month only.
Bruce Willis who was born an Army brat said, “I wanted to use my bikes in a way that would benefit our military service members, and I am thankful to have found the Boot Campaign as the catalyst for using my bikes in a way that will give back to our country’s true heroes.
These bikes have been a lot of fun to ride, and my hope is they can do a lot of good for our veterans.
