Wowburger is another eatery offering a meal set at €11.95 which includes either a burger or chicken bites, in addition to fries and a non-alcoholic beverage. Bison Bar offers a special lunch deal for students at €12.95, which includes any choice of a burger with fries or sweet potato fries, and either a soda or pint of Heineken, Heineken 0.0 or Island’s Edge. This offer is only valid from Monday to Friday between 12pm and 5pm.
For those craving Asian food, though not specifically for students, Mongolian Barbeque has a lunch option available for just €12.90, or an unlimited lunch offer at €18.90 which is available daily from 12pm to 4.30pm.
Over at Neon, a main course along with an ice cream cone is available for a very reasonable €7, provided you have a valid student card. This offer, however, is limited to the Camden Street Lower outlet from Monday to Friday, 2 pm to 5pm.
Disndat on Dame Court also offers students a deal, where a spend of €10 avails a pint of Guinness, a toastie, and a bag of crisps. The deal is available from Monday to Friday till 5pm. This place also features €5 pints every Monday to Wednesday, plus €7.50 spirit and a dash and €10 cocktails.
Bambino, on St Stephen St Lower, offers two slices of pizza and a drink for €13, or add €2 to include wine or beer. The Goodies in the basement of NCAD, provide a cost-conscious lunch including soup from €4, hearty sandwiches from €7 and sausage rolls from €4.
For those on a more tight budget, Dunnes Stores’ lunch meal deal includes a sandwich, crisps, and a drink for €4.50. Yum Thai also offers meals starting at just €5.
At all Yeeros outlets (Drumcondra, Glasnevin, and Dame Street), a gyros pita wrap complemented with a fizzy drink is offered at €9.85 as a lunch special. They also provide an extensive range of alternative options. The Jar on Wexford Street extends an irresistible offer of two pizzas paired with two cocktails for a mere €30 throughout the week.
A little distance away from Trinity College, on South Leinster Street, students have the privilege of having a standard burrito, accompanied by nine fillings, at a reduced price of €8.50 from the usual €9.50. Mamas Revenge caters for a hearty chilli con carne dish served with rice and beans, garnished with cheese and jalapeños at €7.50 only.

Meanwhile, the famous Maggie Mays is known for its extraordinary breakfast that starts from only £6.50. During evenings, visitors can bring their own wine or six-pack of beer for just £2.50.
