In response to Laura Kennedy’s words, stating that “We are known to disperse globally and then decree that those who hold our nation dear are not doing it efficiently” (“Irishness is such an unclear idea. When you depart, that ambiguity just amplifies”, Life, March 27th).
This is arguably the most compelling argument against providing overseas citizens with voting rights. Regards,
