Aryton Badovini out of WSBK

The economic crisis hits another WSBK team and rider and this time it’s Ayrton Badovini who unfortunately got the axe.
Badovini has announced that he will not be taking part in the Assen round of World Superbike Championship as his team PSG-1 Kawasaki is having economic problems.
Ayrton Badovini: “Unfortunately it didn’t go as I hoped it would.

I was starting to feel good thinking and we were getting better, but the economic crisis is hitting everyone and it hit my team too.
I’ve had numerous offers that have given me some faith and lifted my moral.
I’ll be meeting with another team this week and I hope that I’ll have some good news to give everyone.
Badovini was seen at the Misano Adriatico circuit during the CIV weekend, so hopefully he’ll find another ride and be able to finish his 2009 season, even in another championship.
PSG-1 will be present at Assen with rider Matteo Baiocco.
